Custom-printed laundry/valet list, 3-parts (white, canary, pink), 5-1/2" wide x 8-1/2" long. Minimum order is 250 forms. Free set-up and design to your specification. Printed in blck or reflex blue (please contact us for special ink colors). Simply fax us your current laundry form with any corrections. We will re-do your art from scratch, suggest improvements (if any) and present you with a proof for your approval usually within 72 hours. PLEASE NOTE: Custom printing jobs are subject to up to 15% over/under runs (billed as shipped).
