Custom-printed laundry/valet list, 3-parts (white, canary, pink), 4-1/4" wide x 7" long. Minimum order 250 forms. Set-up and design to your specification. Printed in one standard color (see list - please contact us for special ink colors). Simply fax us your current laundry form with any corrections. We will re-do your art from scratch, suggest improvements (if any) and present you with a proof for your approval usually within 72 hours. PLEASE NOTE: Custom printing jobs are subject to up to 15% over/under runs (billed as shipped).
