Custom-printed laundry/valet list, 2-parts (white, canary), 8-1/2" wide x 11" long. Minimum order 1,000 forms. Free set-up and design to your specification. Printed in one standard color (see list - please contact us for special ink colors). Simply fax us your current laundry form with any corrections. We will re-do your art from scratch, suggest improvements (if any) and present you with a proof for your approval usually within 72 hours. While other printing companies will charge typically $45.00 per hour to design your form, we will do it for free. PLEASE NOTE: Custom printing jobs are subject to up to 15% over/under runs (billed as shipped).
